Total EMT Applicants: 116
73 Applicants Enrolled (63%)
29 Applicants Rejected (25%)
14 Accepted, did not attend (12%)
The pie chart above shows the number of EMT applicants from January through December 2014. Some applicants are rejected because they do not meet the Institute's minimum criteria for admissions or because their application is incomplete. The pie chart does not include contract customers whose courses are closed to the public (i.e. military, fire departments, high schools, etc.)
The bar graph below-right shows the number of EMT students who completed the course successfully. The bar graph below-left indicates our school's overall pass rate and certification by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT).
Work Ethic and the Honor System
Becoming part of an intellectual community is a privilege that comes with certain expectations. We expect you to behave with honor and integrity. Cheating on class work or exams is unacceptable and will not be tolerated in any way. Learning is not something that just happens, it requires effort. There is some truth to the adage, “What you get out of something depends on what you put into it.” We expect you to be prepared and on time for class, and in return we will dedicate ourselves to your success. We want you to accomplish your goals. If you have any questions or need individual assistance please don’t hesitate to ask. We are here to help you.
